This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) issued by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), invites research grant applications focused on persons with severe mental illness (SMI), either before or after HIV infection, and the expansion of HIV-related research to include homeless persons.
