HIV Community-Based Prevention Projects for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands: CDC s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled HIV Community-Based Prevention Projects for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.
