HIV Innovations for Improved Patient Outcomes for Priority Populations: The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Southern Africa, is seeking applications from local organizations interested in implementing a five-year HIV Innovations for Improved Patient Outcomes for Priority Populations program. Eligible organizations interested in receiving funding for innovative programs are encouraged to carefully read this RFA in its entirety. USAID will hold a pre-application conference to review the requirements of this RFA and to answer questions. Interested applicants should register for the pre-application conference according to the instructions in Attachment IV of the RFA.
