HUMAN & ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY: This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Human & Robotic Technology which was posted on June 29, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: This is a clarification to the BAA regarding evaluation of "Past Performance". It is included at the Section listed below in the BAA. 1.3.2 3. Appropriateness of the proposed Team and Management Effectiveness and suitability of the proposed management approach including the roles and responsibilities of each team member including NASA centers will be evaluated. The qualifications, capabilities, and experience for proposed key personnel and participating organizations will be evaluated. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
