Health Information Technology (HIT) Capacity Building for Monitoring and Improving Health Outcomes Along the HIV Care Continuum Technical Assistance Center: This announcement solicits applications for the fiscal year (FY) 2014 Health Information Technology (HIT) Capacity Building for Monitoring and Improving Health Outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum- Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to support a single organization that will provide technical assistance to a maximum of four (4) Ryan White Program Part A or Part B capacity building sites funded under a separate announcement (HRSA-14-057).  Under HRSA-14-057, the four grantees will be funded to enhance the health information technology (HIT) systems in their States or Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMAs) or Transitional Grant Areas (TGAs).

Eligible applicants include academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (Ryan White Program). Additionally, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Territories of the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and federally recognized Indian Tribal Government are also eligible to apply for these funds
