Improving Response to and Programming in Humanitarian Emergencies: This FOA supports the implementation of programs and activities that focus on protecting and improving health in humanitarian and conflict settings. Its purpose is to develop, implement and strengthen public health, information management (including monitoring and evaluation), and the technical capacity of responders in humanitarian and conflict settings. It is intended to build capacities in reproductive health, nutrition, mental health and communicable diseases in humanitarian emergencies. Projects must also consider monitoring and evaluation of overall program performance and the progress of projects or activities.
