Increased Access to Quality Lower Secondary Education in Mali: The purpose of this Funding Opportunity is to solicit applications from qualified organizations/institutions for funding a program aimed to increase access to and improve quality and relevancy of lower secondary education in Mali. In Mali, Basic Education includes Primary school and Lower Secondary School. Primary School covers Grades 1 to 6, and Lower Secondary School covers Grades 7 to 9.
