Indonesia Countering Wildlife Trafficking Grant: The Indonesia Countering Wildlife Trafficking effort is a partnership between the United States and Indonesia to combat wildlife trafficking in the region. Corruption, collusion and lenience of law enforcement are some of challenges facing law enforcement (LE), including wildlife trafficking in Indonesia. LE coordination also remains weak across the Indonesia/Malaysia border, facilitating illegal wildlife trafficking across borders.
