Information Technology Initiative: The SPNS Information Technology Networks of Care Initiative will award funds for up to 4 years to support organizations that promote the enhancement and evaluation of existing health information networks for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in underserved communities. These organizations will hereupon be referred as demonstration projects. SPNS will also fund one Evaluation and Support Center that will conduct a cross-site evaluation of services and provide technical assistance and support to the demonstration projects.
