Integrated Photonic Delay (iPhoD): Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Proposal due date to 8 January 2009. See the revised conform BAA document attached. Original notice below. DARPA is soliciting innovative research and development proposals in the area of integrated photonics. The goal of this program is to develop a chip-scale, integrated photonic platform with "fiber-like" losses for optical delay applications. Note: Proposal Abstract Due Date is 20 May 2008 (4:00pm EST). Proposal Due Date is 5 January 2009 (4:00pm EST). See attached Broad Agency Announcement (BAA).
