Integrative Computational Biology for Analysis of NHLBI TOPMed Data: The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support integrated analysis of whole genome, large scale omic data generated by the NHLBIs Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) program and associated phenotype and clinical data using systems approaches. Ultimately, these studies will advance our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of heart, lung, blood, and sleep disease.
