Investigation of Monkeypox and Other Zoonotic Diseases in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC): The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to investigate the epidemiological, ecological, and anthropological aspects of monkeypox and assess clinical intervention strategies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), including one study site in Tshuapa Province. This research may also extend to other zoonotic and vaccine-preventable diseases that are of importance in the DRC.
