Investigations on Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (R01): This Funding Opportunity is intended to support innovative investigations in primary immunodeficiency diseases. Of particular interest are the detection of primary immunodeficiency diseases, the identification of the molecular basis of these diseases, and the design and pre-clinical development of innovative therapies for these diseases. Clinical trials will not be supported by this FOA. Studies using samples obtained from humans and studies on animal models are encouraged.
