Iraq Anti-Corruption Assistance Program: The Department of State will hold a pre-proposal conference call for all interested on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 09:00 Eastern Daylight Time to discuss any questions about the Iraq Anti-Corruption Assistance Program announcement.
