Iraq Anti-Corruption Assistance Program: The Department of State will hold a pre-proposal conference call for all interested on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 09:00 Eastern Daylight Time to discuss any questions about the Iraq Anti-Corruption Assistance Program announcement. Organizations that submit applications in response to this announcement acknowledge and accept that travel to and from Iraq may be required for project performance and that personal security will be in accordance with the current Department of State policies and as further discussed in this announcement. This announcement serves as public notice to all interested parties to have equal opportunity to submit project proposals for funding consideration. All submissions in response to this announcement are voluntary and do not obligate the Department of State to fund any proposal or proposal preparation costs.
