KNLT Fort Knox Forest Inventory Project 2017: NOTICE OF INTENT. This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. The Service intends to issue funding to the Kentucky Natural Lands Trust (KNLT) to continue implementation of the Imperiled Bat Conservation Fund, a multipurpose partnership effort to conserve forests, forest-dwelling bats, and their associated resources throughout Kentucky. This financial assistance is being issued under CFDA Numbers: 15.657 Endangered Species Conservation â¿¿ Recovery Implementation Funds and includes reimbursable funding the Service has received from another federal agency in support of this work. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505DM2, paragraph 2.14 (B)(2) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
