Lead Outreach Program: The purpose of the program is to1. Raise public awareness of childhood lead poisoning prevention and proper lead hazard identification and control methods for at risk communities and children, especially underserved populations and minorities; 2. Provide training and education and 3. Provide technical assistance to grantees under OHHLHC's Lead Elimination Action progra (LEAP), Lead Hazard Control, Lead Technical Studies and Lead Reduction Demostration programs.
