Leaders of Influence (LOI) Program: The United States Agency for International Development in Dhaka, Bangladesh (USAID/Bangladesh) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified U.S. organizations that are interested in implementing the Missions Leaders-of-Influence (LOI) Program. Through this award, USAID/Bangladesh seeks to support and expand USAIDs current program by engaging and exposing leaders of influence to modern practices of development and democracy with the overall objective of promoting values of tolerance, diversity, social harmony and understanding in Bangladeshi society. The authority for this RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended. This award will be subject to the regulations found 22 CFR 226; OMB Circulars A-110, A-122, and A-133; the Standard Provisions for U.S., Nongovernmental Recipients; and Chapter 303 of the Automated Directives System of USAID, as applicable. USAID/Bangladesh intends to award one Cooperative Agreement to implement the LOI Program, but may make multiple awards at its discretion. The prime recipient will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program objectives of the LOI Program.
