Liberia Elections and Democaracy (LEAD) Activity: The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Liberia has developed a DRAFT Theory of Change (TOC) and accompanying Results Chain to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, and make suggestions to enhance areas of the Liberian Elections and Democracy (LEAD) activity design. USAID/Liberia would like feedback on the entire document with a particular focus on the below sections given that these are new approaches for USAID/Liberia: ● Interventions - Strategic Approach 1 (Promote increased Leadership of marginalized groups in the political process) ● Interventions - Strategic Approach 2 (Support the institutionalization of civic education) ● Interventions - Targets of Opportunity, including possible additional targets we have not included The Draft TOC is anticipated to result in finalizing either a Statement of Work or a Program Description that may lead to a formal solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity. The Place of Performance is Liberia.
