Limited Competition: Data Coordinating Center for Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet (UC4): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites an application from the Program Director/Principal Investigator of the Data Coordinating Center (DCC) that is currently supporting the research being performed by the complex and effective Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet network. This FOA will support the design and conduct of new-onset trials (as selected by the TrialNet Steering Committee) aimed at preservation of insulin-producing cells in individuals with new-onset diabetes. The DCC will support a wide range of research projects in varying stages of development, implementation and completion. The DCC will provide for data and sample management, including standardized acquisition, quality control, dissemination, and public accessibility.
