Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Grant Program: The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) Program provides matching grants of up to $100,000 for qualifying organizations that represent low-income taxpayers in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and/or inform individuals for whom English is a second language of their tax rights and esponsibilities. Funds will be awarded for the development, expansion or continuation of a qualifying LITC Program. Applications will be accepted for project periods of up to three years.
