Macedonia Higher University Linkage Program: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Macedonia is seeking applications for an Assistance Agreement that will strengthen a university linkage program between an accredited US college or university and the South East European University (SEEU), a partner university. The university linkage program will improve the quality of instruction and provide in-service training and faculty development support in SEEU?s Faculties of Business Administration (BA) and Communication Science and Technology (CST).
