Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program - Formula: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Division of Home Visiting and Early Childhood Systems is accepting applications for federal fiscal year (FY) 2016 formula grant funds through the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program.  The purpose of this program is to support the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive high-quality voluntary early childhood home visiting services to eligible families.  This program is administered by HRSA in partnership with the Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
