Additional Information on Eligibility
The eligible applicants for HMIS-TA are, States, Units of general local government, Public Housing Authorities and Public or private or for profit organizations or intermediary, including educational institutions and area-wide planning organizations. Applicants may expand their expertise by partnering with other organizations that bring additional subject matter expertise to the application by including subcontractors and/or consultants in the application. Any organization submitting an application under this NOFA may not be included as a subcontractor or consultant in any other application. Subcontractors may be included in more than one HMIS-TA application, provided that written agreements are in place at the time of application submission.
