Mentorship and Training for the Somali National Army and the African Union Mission in Somalia: The purpose of the project is to provide mentorship and training to AMISOM and SNA personnel, with the objective of better enabling them to conduct their mandated security tasks and participate in the effort to stabilize southern and central Somalia. The goal of this project is that mentored AMISOM and SNA forces engage safely, professionally, and constructively with Somali communities and as a result are able to carry out their mandated security tasks more effectively.
