Metabolomics Data Repository and Coordinating Center (DRCC) (U01): The purpose of this FOA is to provide a coordinating center and data repository for the accompanying metabolomics FOAs and metabolomics research community.One goal of the Data Repository Coordinating Center (DRCC) is to enhance metabolomics research by broadly disseminating data to researchers across the metabolomics community.Therefore the repository will store published primary data for examination and analysis with high performance computation methods in a cloud computing environment. It will help develop the necessary tools to allow access to data and available analytical tools. The center will also contribute to the coordination of domestic and international metabolomics efforts.
