Methane Hydrate Resource Assessment: The Resource Evaluation Division of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (Scripps) at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). No other applications are requested at this time. The BOEM anticipates making a single cooperative agreement award in Fiscal Year 2013 for the proposal submitted under this program announcement.
