Migratory Bird Monitoring Assessment and Conservation: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to make a sole source award to of a cooperative agreement to Manomet, Inc. Funding for this project is provided under the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742 a -754, and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. 2901-2911. Manomet was selected to receive this award based on its unique qualifications, in its association with qualified work and experience working relationships with shorebird partners throughout the Atlantic Flyway. As the manager of the Western Hemisphere Shorebird Reserve Network, they manage site based conservation with partners in many countries throughout the Western Hemisphere.
