Mobile Health: Technology and Outcomes in Low and Middle Income Countries (R21): The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to encourage exploratory/developmental research applications that propose to study the development or adaptation of innovative mobile health (mHealth) technology specifically suited for low and middle income countries (LMICs) and the health-related outcomes associated with implementation of the technology.
