- The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization(s) (Cooperator(s)) to administer one NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Classical Music and Opera and/or one NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Theater and Musical Theater in the fall/winter of 2007-2008. Each institute should have approximately 25 participants, and should last approximately 12 days. The participants primarily will be journalists who work for small to mid sized print or broadcast media.
