NOI-5 Global Research: This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for funding applications. Subject to the availability of funds, the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs, intends to award, through a competitive and merit-based process, one or more cooperative agreements to organizations to implement a multi-country technical assistance project(s) to expand the knowledge base on child labor through data collection and analysis and updates on country-level statistics covering child work and education. The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) anticipates publishing the Solicitation for Grant Applications (SGA) on or about 10 May 2013 (this date is subject to change). This NOI does not include a SGA or any attachments. It only constitutes a notice of USDOL's intent to publish a SGA at a later date.
