New China Rule of Law Program: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (proposals for funding) from U.S. institutions of higher education and U.S. non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and/or a consortia to provide technical support to a new U.S.-China initiative that focuses on the rule of law (ROL) with special emphasis on decreasing select barriers to accessing justice.
