OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program: The Sexual Assault Services Formula Program (SAS Formula Program), per 34 U.S.C. § 12511(a)(1), assists states and territories in providing “intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault, family and household members of such victims, and those collaterally affected by the victimization, except for the perpetrator of such victimization.”
