Offshore Wind National and Regional Research and Development: This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is being issued by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) on behalf of the Wind Energy Technologies Office (WETO), as well as the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE).
