Opportunity 1111206172008: Through MDCP cooperative agreements the Department provides technical and financial assistance that these organizations match. Organizations compete for a limited number of MDCP awards. Trade associations, state departments of trade, and non-profit industry organizations, including organizations such as centers for international trade development and small business development centers are eligible to apply for an MDCP award. These organizations are particularly effective in reaching small- and medium-size enterprises (SMEs).
