PASCA 3.0: Central American Project for Sustaining and Championing the Human Rights Response to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) (Programa para asegurar la Sostenibilidad y Derechos Humanos -DDHH- en la respuesta al Virus de la Inmunodeficiencia Humana -VIH- en Centro América); This project will contribute to the achievement of Development Objective (DO) 4, HIV prevalence in Central America contained, of the Regional Development Cooperation Strategy (RDCS) 2015-2019; it will also support intermediate result (IR) 3.2, Human rights standards and protection systems strengthened, of DO 3 Regional human rights and citizen security improved. USAID/Guatemala is soliciting feedback from interested parties on the attached draft Program Description. Please submit responses based on the following guidance: 1.
