Package for Improving Education Quality: This Package for Improving Education Quality (PIEQ) project aims to train a core group of at least 120 members (40 per province, plus staff from the national government) composed of teachers, headmasters, pedagogical advisors and inspectors and key technical staff from the Ministry of Education (MEPSP); at least half of this core group will be teachers.
