Power of Alumni: From Exchange to Action: This program will make America stronger by building the capacity of the U.S. Department of State’s exchange alumni community in El Salvador, a group of influential established and rising leaders with a vested interest in helping the United States advance its policy priorities. In addition, it will make America safer by partnering with Salvadoran entrepreneurs, business leaders, and policymakers who are positioned to drive durable economic prosperity and job growth, reducing opportunities for criminal networks in the region.
