Providing Technical Assistance Support for the Rapid Strengthening of Blood Transfusion Services in Selected Countries in Africa and the Caribbean Under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief; Amendment: PA04078 Grants.gov Sec Forecast Summary CDC?s Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, ?Providing Technical Assistance for the Rapid Strengthening of Blood Transfusion Services in Selected Countries in Africa and the Caribbean Under the President?s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief?. The program is open to public non-profit organizations, private non-profit organizations, universities, and faith-based organizations.
