Public Health Conference Support Program: Purpose The CDC/ATSDR announces the pending availability of appropriated fiscal year (FY) 2012 funds for the CDC/ATSDR Public Health Conference Support Program. This program addresses the "Healthy People 2020" focus areas of Environmental Health. This announcement is only for conferences planned to occur within the date range of May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013. Beyond the April 30, 2013 date, requires a new Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). Applicants can only submit an application for a single conference for a one-year project period.

If applying as a bona fide agent of a state or local government, a legal, binding agreement from the state or local government as documentation of the status is required.
