Public Opinion Research/Darfur: The Department of State's Sudan Programs Group (SPG) is pleased to announce an open competition for cooperative agreement awards through this Request for Proposals (RFP). SPG invites U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations to submit public opinion/research RFPs for the Darfur region of Sudan. Community, women's and faith-based non-governmental organizations are encouraged to apply.
