Raising Public Awareness on Countering the Financing of Terrorism in the Tri-Border Area: The Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to build the capacity of criminal justice sectors in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay to promote public awareness on countering the financing of terrorism (CFT), and on topics including but not limited to charitable giving, counterfeit or illicit goods, interactions with designated non-financial businesses and professions, and public corruption as it relates to terrorist financing.
