Rape Prevention and Education: Enhancing Capacity for Sexual Violence Prevention Across State and Territory Sexual Assault Coalitions: The aim of this NOFO is to prevent sexual violence (SV) perpetration and victimization by increasing protective factors and decreasing risk factors. This can be achieved through a public health approach of implementing and evaluating comprehensive strategies based on the best available evidence. State and Territory Sexual Assault (SA) Coalitions (hereafter referred to as SA Coalitions) are required to address social and structural determinants of health at the community and societal levels of the Social Ecological Model (SEM) using evidence-informed strategies. This NOFO will support recipients in addressing social and structural Determinants of health and promoting health equity in prevention efforts. It will also foster meaningful engagement and coordination among State and Territory Health Departments (SHDs) and SA Coalitions.
