Reconstruction and disaster mitigation activities in Gonaive, Haiti: USAID/Haiti is requesting applications from qualified organizations or consortia of organizations in Haiti to implement a program for relief and reconstruction work in the Northwest and Artibonite departments that have recently suffered extensive damage from Tropical Storm Jeanne.
