NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD task agreement under existing cooperative agreement incorporating ARRA terms and conditions. Southeast Alaska Guidance Association/Youth Corps provide job training, experiential education, and leadership opportunities to local young people through partnerships with land agency sponsers.
