Recreational Facility Improvements: The Bureau of Reclamation is requesting proposals for recreational facility improvements on Bureau of Reclamation withdrawn land. Title XXVIII funds are available to assist in providing recreational opportunities in conjunction with water resource projects on Reclamation lands. This funding opportunity will provide assistance with continued development and improvements along the Colorado River. Total Federal assistance available is $265,000. Three awards are anticipated to responsive, responsible and eligible recipients. Cost sharing or cost matching is required. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by a technical panel. Addendum to Application Instructions: Electronic submissions are encouraged to be submitted in PDF format. SF 424 and the 424 family are attached in the application package as write-able PDF formatted forms. All other narratives and requested application and proposal information is highly encouraged to be submitted electronically in PDF for optimal view and receipt by USBR.
