Regional and Local Support for Elections and Political Transitions: Pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, the United States Government (USG), as represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG Center) is seeking to support or stimulate the activities described below, and requests applications from eligible regional and local organizations to provide technical assistance and support to strengthen democratic electoral and political processes at national and regional levels.
