Request for Information (RFI) for Potential Partners for Planned Knowledge, Monitoring, Evidence, Learning, and Research Activity: The United States Agency for International Development in Jordan (USAID/Jordan) Mission is gathering information for a potential activity entitled the “Knowledge, Monitoring, Evidence, Learning and Research Activity.” The Activity is intended to be an umbrella mechanism providing USAID/Jordan with empirical data on program effectiveness, deepen accountability, foster learning, and knowledge management, and improve Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) capacity within USAID/Jordan Mission and Jordan in general. The Activity will be designed to advance USAID localization agenda and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) goals. USAID seeks information from organizations who possess experience working in Jordan and capabilities that include, but are not limited to, the following: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning: Performance monitoring plan and data analysis, experience in Mid-term and final evaluations for activities as well as experience in Impact evaluations. Learning and research: Experience in conducting assessments including sectoral assessments and rapid assessments, strong research capabilities and innovation in the methodologies used throughout evaluations and assessments. Experience in Data mapping and visualization and developing infographics. Knowledge management and organizational development. MEL and CLA Capacity building to local firms and other stakeholders. Successfully partnering with local firms to carry out the works. Please see attached document for more details.
