- Foreign institutions are not eligible to apply. You may submit (an) application(s) if your organization has any of the following characteristics: Domestic predominantly minority-serving academic institutions that offer one or more associates, baccalaureate and/or master's degrees in allied health, behavioral science, social science, or life and related sciences. Public or private predominantly minority-serving institutions, such as universities and colleges. Academic institutions and/or health professions schools that award the Ph.D., Psy.D., Sc.D., M.D., D.D.S., Pharm. D., D.V.M. or other equivalent doctoral degrees are not eligible to apply. However, such institutions may serve as collaborating research partners to applicant institutions. Foreign institutions are not eligible to apply for a RIMI Grant.
