Reusable Operationally Responsive Trans-Atmospheric Technology: AFRL/VA is continuing to develop technologies to enable and enhance the capability of reusable trans-atmospheric vehicles. Ongoing efforts include studies and development in airframe structures & materials, flight critical subsystems, and propulsion and integration technologies. AFRL/VA is interested in determining technology maturation options that will result in the successful transition of these technologies to its customers. The BAA will remain "open" through Sept 2010; however, the proposals will only be solicited and accepted during Calls. Each Call will identify solicitation topics and contain a common cut-off date for proposal submission. Proposal receipt after the specified due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c) (3).
