Risk Management Education Partnership Program: Notice of Funding Opportunity Summary The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC), operating through the Risk Management Agency (RMA), announces its intent to award up to $3 million to fund the Risk Management Education Partnership Program. The cooperative agreements will be awarded on a competitive basis up to eighteen (18) months from the date of the award.
